Ashley Walton-Beal

Ashley brings the Power of Stillness to life in her classes by intentionally slowing you down to create the space needed to truly listen to what your body and mind have to share. She has an innate ability to help you rewire the nervous system to cultivate a calmer life, by decreasing anxiety and stress, fostering presence and intention, enhancing emotional regulation, and sparking new ideas and perspectives… all just by teaching you how to be still. 

Outside of the studio, Ashley loves camping and hiking with her two very energetic dogs. She also loves to travel, eat tacos (who doesn’t?) and spend time with horses when she’s not making stamped goodies or doing Yoga (which she does a lot of!). She’s an avid reader of all the genres, and embraces her British roots with a good cup of tea and a biscuit while she gets lost in the pages of a good read.
