Lynnae Gudmundson

I'm Lynnae (Lin-a-uh) Gudmundson. Practice, Teach, Study, Repeat! Lynnae has been practicing Yoga and other fitness-based modalities since 2002. As a health-conscious enthusiast, avid runner, hockey mom, and healthcare provider, Lynnae found time on her yoga mat to be HER time. It provided the opportunity to reset and ease off the "to do lists" and run around to finally land, rest, and take time for her. Through intentional movement and strength-building practices, Lynnae discovered she could find a sense of quiet in her body & mind. She found a sense of personal purpose, connection, and lightness when practicing. This inspired Lynnae to share this feeling with others. You can catch Lynnae teaching our Hot Yoga Sculpt and Hot Slow & Stretchy classes. She will have you leaving your mat feeling steady, strong, and refreshed in your body and mind.
