Michelle teaches yoga to inspire, rejuvenate, and up level others through the physical and mental practices of yoga. Her goal for her yoga students is to feel energized, open, grounded, confident, and inspired when done with class. Michelle has many passions in life won’t let anything stop her from experiencing it all!! With an abundance of joy and gratitude, Michelle is ready to flow you on the mat!
