Kyle Wilman
Kyle has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and started teaching yoga in 2008. He guides slow, intentional classes where students have space to breathe, explore, and feel the postures. With an intuitive approach, Kyle tailors each class to meet the energy and needs of the group, leaving everyone grounded and ready for life off the mat. When he's not teaching, Kyle is likely rock climbing, exploring new countries (18 so far!), enjoying live music, or hiking with his dog Lucy.
