Kyle fell in love with Yoga 20 years ago and has been teaching in the Twin Cities area since 2008. He guides slow, strong, and intentional classes where students have space to breathe, explore, and melt into each shape. His hands-on assists and loving adjustments will leave you feeling cared for and seen. With an intuitive approach, Kyle tailors each class to meet the energy and needs of his students, leaving everyone grounded and ready for life off the mat. When he's not teaching, Kyle loves to rock climb, travel to new countries (18 so far!), enjoy live music, and hike with his dog Lucy! Get ready to sweat and move with intention, Kyle's got you!
