With 16 years as a dedicated yoga student, Trisha brings a wealth of experience. Her certifications include 200 Vinyasa Yoga, Yin, Restorative, and Tantra Meditation. Currently, she's leveling up with a 300-hour training through Janet Stone Yoga.
