Tracy Waki
Tracy Waki is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT200, RYT500 certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. She teaches a traditional style Vinyasa class with a strong focus on breath (pranayama) and proper alignment, encouraging her students to explore their edge while tuning in and respecting the needs of their body. Tracy offers a safe, playful, and non-judgmental environment for all students to experience the benefits of yoga. When not on the mat, Tracy enjoys movement of all types including strength training, running, and rock climbing along with traveling, reading and spending quality time with her family.
