Join Sydney for a class that will help you move better and feel better! See how spending a little extra time taking care of yourself leaves a lasting impact on all areas of your life! Self myofascial release, also known as Foam rolling, is designed to improve the functional properties of the muscular connective tissues. “Myo” means muscle and “fascia” is the connective tissue that supports your muscles and organs.

Foam Rolling helps to release painful knots, or adhesions, by re-hydrating brittle, damaged fascia.

• Increased blood flow: Stretches and loosens muscles, carries vital nutrients such as oxygen and glycogen to muscles.

• Improved movement: More hydrated muscles interact with less friction. Smooth movements translates to less injury.

• Better range of motion: More muscle can be recruited during activity.

• Quick recovery time: Blood is drawn to an injured area. Post-workout waste products, such as lactic acid, are flushed.

Studio will be heated to 84 degrees ☀️
