Celebrate the beginning of fall with Heidi & Stasha!
During our time together we will combine breathwork (pranayama), restorative yoga, and Reiki. We will begin by connecting mind and body with breath as we move through a gentle sequence to warm up our joints. Then we will pause in restorative yoga postures, allowing us to enter a deep state of relaxation. Experience the flow of Reiki energy throughout to enhance the healing effects of this practice. You are welcome to bring a journal.
Restorative Yoga is the practice of yoga postures, that are held for a longer amount of time and are supported by props such as folded blankets, to relax the body and reduce stress.
Reiki is energetic technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. As Reiki flows through the body, it heals blocks that disrupt the natural flow. As blocks are released, healthy energy flow returns, bringing feelings of balance and lightness.
